Their products are easy to use, either soak depending on what it is or add directly into what your making. From the directions dehydrated beans are fairly easy to re-constitute and use. If these are like what I have used in the past, the taste is not that off from regular well mashed refried beans, the texture is off tho, so if you have issues with texture, it might be a problem. but hay, a nice pile of refrieds with melted cheese on top, next to some good rice and enchiladas or tacos or other favorites is a great meal.
