My daughter is 80 pounds and a L was just the right size. About the product, we used it the whole night with no pad and no leaks from the back but the front it did. She also wanted to see if blood would drip out if she would wear them in the pool and it didn’t. Honestly these underwear are only good if you sleep on your back not everyday use because there isn’t protection on the front part of the underwear.

I followed the reviews and got my daughter an XL she is normally a size medium and these work perfect for her. Highly recommend these for periods she is just starting and these are perfect for no embarrassing accidents in school she has worn these with and without pads and they work excellent.

I purchased a pack for my daughter and I. I purchase the XXL (We both wear a size 9 in jr size jeans) and they fit use fine! I decided to purchase these because my monthly can be a little on the heavy side. And I have to say they worked like a charm. They hold your undies in place. If you do go heavy, you might mess up a few undies BUT You won't have to worry about messing up your clothing or your bedding while wearing these because these will block any leaks from going past. I will be purchasing more because they actually work.

I bought this for my daughter she will be 10 and wanted to make her a bag of menstrual products to prepare her at school. She is in size 10 Haynes bikini underwear. These period underwear I got are size XL and they are twice the size. I read everyone else's comment saying there too small so I bought a size up. I hope she wont start her period til next year so these will fit. I washed them and compared them to her others. It sounds like theres a layer of think plastic in the lining and it's all cotton very soft.

I ordered this product based on reviews. I did not know it was in Asian sizing. I ordered a size up and they are smaller than the American size up. My 11 year old daughter couldn't get them past her thigh. I know now to pay more attention to where they are coming from. Hopefully I can find someone who can wear them. I am home bound and it is too much trouble to try and send it back.

As stated in other reviews, the crotch is not covered high enough on the panty. U will leak at the top of the liner bc it doesn't extended enough to the front . I wish I can return but already washed them.

What these are for: when your daughter uses pads, is sleeping, and has drops that get on the sheets around her bootie. What these are not for: any other time of the day. The lined material that prevents leaks is ONLY on the bootie area and HALF of the crotch area. So if the wearer is upright, these don't protect from leaks.

The material is thin, breathable, and decent quality for the price. I really liked them but they ran very small and on one pair, the stitching was unraveling. The other pairs were fine. I'd reorder but they don't have a larger size.
