 Setup 3 gang 2 way switched using the smart life app. The switch wire in the 2 way wire is terminated and the app takes over control if switch syncing automation. I would advise purchasing the 3 gang switch even if used for 1 gang wiring simply because you can utilise the remaining buttons to trigger other smart devices through your home

Not good for installation unless you’re prepared to rewire. You will need a 35mm deep back box. To allow flush fitting or use spacers that make the switch provide out of the wall.Unless the house has been purposely wired with a neutral wire in the back box then a rewire is required to install this switch. Don’t let DIY Dave use the cpc as a neutral as I’ve seen some done, as you may tripping problems.The terminals are two small to connect more than two wires without a struggle.

Delivery was fast, next day Prime.My new-build house in UK does have Neutrals in the back boxes at the light switches - check before you order. (Mine were looped in a connector block covered in blue tape in each back box).It works as advertised - Smart Life app works, seems quite generic so prob works with other Smart Home gadgets too.Alexa integration works.As mentioned elsewhere it is quite a deep switch so does need a good hole in the wall. My 25mm back box is not enough so have bought 35mm from B&Q for £1.50 and will replace at some point.After a couple of days it did lose its WiFi connection for some reason. A quick re-pair using the app got it back on. Hopefully a one-off. Doesn’t stop the switch working physically, just stops the smart side of it.Seems fine. So consider it is quite deep, modern looking, and needs Neutrals. If that’s no problem then these work a treat.

This arrived today and I had it installed and working within 5 minutes. It's really easy to install and if you can wire a plug you can do this.So far there are no issues with it as mentioned in other reviews and works flawlessly.Going to order another one for my daughter's room now.If anything changes I will update the review.

I do like these switches and want to get some more for the house best set thses up far away from router but so it can just still connect to WiFi like out in the shed as it's 2.4ghz which is long range and 5ghz is short range but once set up it will work on short range

Fits in well and I knew about the need of a neutral wire. However the cover doesn't fit well on the unit once installed. It seems to press against the buttons permanently and doesn't work. Works without the cover on. I had an electrician fit the unit with the neutral and don't want to have to get them. Back out so I can return the item

This product was recommended by Amazon. I did need to run a neutral wire to the switch but that was no problem and a very obvious requirement.However, after installation it wouldn't work as the unit was faulty and wouldn't go into pairing mode for the Wifi.

Apart from it looks good that’s the only thing good about this switch. Difficult to fit unless on a brand new build where you can put in a very deep back plate. Plastic is very flimsy and the circuit board isn’t fixed properly so you have to be really careful when fitting. Overall I would never buy this product again. I may try are different manufacturer with switches that are better designed. Overall a frustrating installation that still doesn’t work properly. I would return this product.!!!!!!!!!if I could give it zero stars I would.
