A one year warranty is provided on clock movement (machine) of the clock but we use the best quality movement which are built to last a lifetime. The clock hands are made of anodised aluminium in black color. An extra pair of clock hands are provided. Not working after 2 weeks
It stopped working after two weeks, clock showing wrong time, randomly it stops, such a waste of money, can't believe such an expensive watch doesn't work properly, also the diameter is smaller than what they gave in the description, complete waste of money, not sure who to contact to get it repaired. I am surprised Amazon is allowing these type of sellers on their website.

Not value for money

Faulty wooden dial due to poor craftmanship
One of its wooden spokes is not properly glued, thus resulting in a gap in the wooden dial and providing a nonaesthetic appearance. This happened with in three weeks of its installation. I am not happy with the product, and it needs to be replaced.
