Gnome Life: A Monthly Celebration of Secerets, Tales, and Whimsy Hardcover – 1999

We're homeschoolers and this book is a MUST HAVE for our morning basket!The illustration is so beautiful throughout and the stories are short and so sweet. This is one of our favorite books!

This is a very good book that is out of print but well worth the extra money. Each chapter is about one of the months in a gnome's life ~ January -December. There is a family that you follow throughout the book, Peter and his wife Fern and their children. I would recommend this book if not for the text and the pictures.

This book belongs on every shelf - the pictures are amazing, the storyline is super cute, the characters are adorable - I love it!

Though not as charmingly thoughtful as Poortvliet's bigger books, this is still one for the collection. It is rather short, just a monthly diary of gnome activities, but richly illustrated. A little window into the secret world of gnomes.

The book was in great condition. A cute continuation of the gnome stories.
