I am sorry I spent the time and money on this test. Wasted $76.00 on this 12 panel test. I found out when I opened the box you need a large sample of hair - about the size of the diameter of a pencil and about 2 inches long. That is a lot of hair!I followed the directions precisely - very important to do that. The process was very complicated. I thought I gave the lab more hair than they needed but after I submitted it, the results I viewed online said the sample wasn't big enough!I called customer service(?) and all the woman could say was "sorry, your sample wasn't big enough." She offered a discount on a smaller test that only covered prescription drugs. No further help, no discount on a 12 panel kit to try it again, dead end. I asked "given the amount of hair that I sent you, couldn't you run at least one or two tests?" She said "no."It is interesting to note that they call the test a "Hair Follicle Multi-Drug Test" but the hair follicle is not being tested! This is a scientific facility?By the way, the instructions say you can collect hair from various parts of the body other than the head but how many (for example), armpit hairs can you collect the diameter of a pencil and 2 inches long!P.S. Requested a refund from Amazon, spoke to a customer service rep, refund given. Gotta love Amazon!

This product was NOT worth the money! Bought it to test it for something we knew would show up and it didn’t!

I walked in on my son smoking pot and he admitted to smoking it daily. I bought this kit to find out if he had been taking any other drugs so imagine my surprise when the test turned up negative for everything, including marijuana. I followed the instructions closely before anyone asks. I am very disappointed and feel I am owed a refund but that is not going to happen apparently. A wasted $80.00

Crap. Spent $85 and got no results. Amount of hair required is absurd too. Enough to fill a straw? That's a huge bald spot on short hair.

Way to much work involved to utilize this test. The directions stated that I needed to send 180 strands of hair in several inches long. That would make for a great haircut!

Took longer than expected but results did come. I had suspected drug use and needed 100% proof. I collected his beard hair (the little picker) put them together in the sample. I thought I did not have enough, then I forgot to date the sample, then it took 2 weeks and an email. Oh, and registry was difficult. I had to sign in/ register by going to the comment section on the right. I also could not use my I phone. I had to use a landline computer to get results. However, getting results made all my efforts worth it and the product 5 stars.

We were worried about our 17 yo. Got the kit, took the sample, sent it in, got code, waited about 5 days and got results. Good news for us, too. A big relief.
