Levi's Women's 501 '90s

I’m a little lanky (5’9”, 125-130lbs) and I want to like wide leg/baggy jeans so bad but every time I try them on, they look ridiculous on me. I look like a straight line in them, or they’re so baggy I feel like I’m wearing a costume. These have the baggy look I’ve been searching for for years but in an understated way that doesn’t make me feel shapeless. I’m also convinced that the buttons are more flattering over the fupa than a zipper. It’s like a hidden corset vs. a zipper that contours to your shape. If you’re in between sizes, definitely size down. Even if you’re not, you may still want to size down or buy both and return the one you don’t like

I love these jeans! I have them in 2 other colors. I’m 5’7 and 138-140lbs. I had to buy these in a 25x32, which are a perfect fit because they do stretch out. Only downside is that they can only be worn with flats or sandals. See pics for fit and measurements of a size 25x32

I love these. They fit perfect in the waist but are roomy else where.

Sadly not meant for tall people. I am 6” and these jeans are at least 3 inches too short, so i will be returning them. Disappointing that they don’t come in tall.

This pant does not fit the same as other colors from the same line/fit. I ordered this color and a light wash 501 90s Jean from Amazon after trying them on at Aritzia and both fit nothing like in store. This color has more fabric in the pocket area, making it wrinkly and unappealing when worn. I am usually. 25” waist (size 2-4 depending on brand), and I had to order a 27” for this to fit around my waist, so size up. I don’t think Levi’s work for curvy girls. I am 125lbs, 5’3”, and an hourglass shape. Levi’s don’t fit comfortably on my hourglass figure, which is unfortunate that such a famous brand still hasn’t perfected a fit for curvy people. The color, thickness, quality, and length were good though, but ultimately returning as it simply doesn’t look good on.

I am 5’8.5 and weight 142 and went with the 28 and they are pretty perfect with a little wiggle room. But I do have a more athletic butt and quads. I saw someone that said they were 140lb and got a 25 and I have no idea how that is possible lol I will prob get another pair 29 for a more oversized look.
