Arrived the day after ordering, well ahead of prediction A good quality hat. Ordered green but received a cream coloured hat, hence only 4 stars. Will keep anyway as its a good hat and needed for the current heatwave.

I have bought two from both options for the colour green, both are brown!! Very disappointed, had to dye them in the end but bloody shrunk....

Although other reviews said sizing was on small side my big head fitted the 60cm size well. Comfortable, great shade from brim, reliable chinstrap.Only problem it was khaki not green. I can live with that.

Ok maybe it should keep the sun off but rain is far more likely in this country! I knocked a star off for the creased state the hat arrived in. I was going to buy the branded version of the hat but the price difference made my choice, the quality isn't quite there but for the price I'm very happy.Overall I would buy again

Bought a cream one for myself and green one for my husband. We both find them OK, both quality and look. On my hat, I can see some broken thread on the brim, but it's cream thread on cream hat, doesn't affect the look too much and certainly doesn't affect the function of the hat.

The hat defenetly not what is was described and what on a pix. Very poor quality. I dont recommend this product.

I suppose it is a bargain compare to high street ones at half a price!Well finished, sturdy with high quality cotton and other materials. The string is useful not only when it is very windy, but you can keep hanging it around the neck when you don't use it. It is particularly handy when you are travelling, when many things are in hands. I bought this for a trip to a hot and sunny country.I measured the size and ordered. It well fitted firmly. I actually did not have to use the string to stop blowing away!

Well what arrived wasn't a Safari Outback Bush Hat but something similar made by Hawkins. It didn't have a chin strap with toggle but it did have a lace threaded through the the main body of the hat. This isn't much use if you wish to secure it beneath your chin in windy weather. It wasn't even green it was white. Still it was a hat and came in time for my holiday and at the price I couldn't be bothered to return it. Seems well made for the money and keeps the sun off.
