This thing is awesome. I have used it for a week and I really feel it working. I’m a bit of a larger guy (especially the stomach) and I have been trying to get rid of it for what seems like forever. While that is a work in progress, this shirt really builds up the sweat and makes me feel better. I do a lot of light cardio (long walks, short jog, stair masters, etc.) and before this shirt, I would work up a decent sweat- enough to feel like I was working out. With this, it makes my workouts feel more intense for a couple of reasons. First, the sweat from my midsection is a lot more- naturally. Second, it makes my posture better when working out. I tend to slouch when running/walking. This keeps my back supported and makes me stand tall. I have felt it in my back- was sore at first but I have gotten use to it. It’s a solid product and if anything, when I put it in, it makes me want to work out. It is a little difficult to take off- the sweat it catches makes it stick to you- get over it. If you want to sweat and lose weight at a slow, less stressful and taxing experience, I feel like this is for you.

I originally purchased this for myself to help me lose some weight in the summertime while I'm either outside doing yard work or maybe even take it to the gym for a simple workout and for what it is supposed to do which is make you sweat it does the job.Now one thing I had a problem with is getting this dam thing on and taking it off 1st things 1st if you're going to wear this make sure you wear a shirt underneath because once you start sweating and you're wearing this on bare skin it will basically be like taking duck tape off your chest without the hair pulling it's not going to be fun and you're gonna get yourself another workout just to take off your clothes. Also putting in on is a pain because of the fact it's also the slim fit now keep in mind I knew what I was getting into when I bought thisSo I expected it to be a little snug as should you but that's the thing you want it to be snug that will you know when you're losing weight when it starts to fit a little more comfortably and loose then he might want to go down the smaller Size.But definitely wear something underneath it because with it on your skin even if you're not doing too much in it and you're not sweating too much it's not the most comfortable thing to wear this is meant for mainly working out and making you sweat so unless year in doing so this is not every day type or where.

I use it every time to go to the gym. You need to pay attention to the size because you need to be able to breathe normally while you work out. It appears very well made - good stitching, strong zipper. I normally wear a large so based on a past review, I ordered an XL and it’s a snug fit. The length is just right, an inch below my waistline. It made me really sweat a lot.

Awesome product. Used it for the first time this morning. I typically use a waist trainer belt but this is much better. A one piece that goes unnoticed under my t shirt. Very comfortable and really makes you sweat. I just ordered the size I wear in t shirts. It Fits perfect.

Runs a little small but has a terrible smell, like the rubber mats at the gym, but it definitely makes you sweat.

Wasn’t what i thought material wise but it works

I bought it for my brother.He told me that he's worn it once and it works as advertised.It definitely helps ramp up your sweat when doing any kind of cardio.

Great product.. I wore it to the gym and my workout was great. I produce a LOT of sweat. I'm sure it is beginning to take effect.
