I really like this shower head. It was very easy to install with no leaks on the first try. The instructions say not to use plummer's tape so don't bother buying any with this model.I didn't use the water saving flow restrictor (included, but optional) but I might need to install it because this shower head puts out a LOT of water! It gives a soft gentle shower so if you're looking for a strong massaging shower head this may not be for you. It is, however, very relaxing and the water stream covers a large area. I wish there were finish choices because the chrome look does not go well with the brushed nickel finishes in my bathroom. Even so, I don't think I'd go back to a traditional shower head after using this style.

This is what's nice about this shower head. Now I have never used a gentle rain fall type shower head before.So I can say it directs the water on " Me "not all over the shower walls and glass door as much as the firehose forced splashing off your body and all over the place.As for me and my wife we both love it and find we have less cleanup after each shower and yes it was very easy to install.Even a single women can handle this installation if needed.Robert

So this product worked great for the first month we had it. Then I noticed it was leaking near base where I attached to existing shower pipe. Re-applied with plumbers tape but this didn't solve the problem. Took a closer look and the shower he as was leaking from flex joint. Again tried to re-align a and tighten but just keeps leaking. Of, course i can't return product due to being out of return window. Product is now sold out and can't contact seller. Just wasted hard earned money and not happy about this. Buyer beware.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing.. strong water flow.. my only complaint is how weak the bar connecting and holding it is.. when I try to adjust the head up or to the side, it feels like it might drop a little. Other than that.. I love it. It’s very contemporary. My guests that stay over just love taking showers at my home that they take it twice a day. Lol!

This shower head works wonderful and is a great value with the included arm, which is a must with this type of head. I turned my existing j pipe so that it is facing up instead of down to provide some additional height and it worked out great. Only complaint is there were no instructions on use of teflon tape versus gasket. Seemed like common sense, but took some trial and error to get it right.

After enjoying a rainshower head in our last hotel room, we've been looking for one that would be close to it and this is it!Easy to install and a pleasure to stand under for a relaxing shower. Had one installation question and before I had a chance to ask it, we received an email from the seller checking in. Would definitely buy from them again.

I was dreaming about shower like this for some time. Decided to try this one and I’m happy! It works very good, super easy to install and look great in my bathroom. It gives you a lot of water at the same time so my shower takes 5 min less in the morning. And you all know how important is to have 5 extra minutes in the morning.

This shower head did not provide enough power for our liking. The quality is nice enough and it looks good, but installation was a pain and it leaked all over the place, so I ended up calling a plumber to install it only to find that my husband and I both hated the water pressure issue. I was very disappointed.
