The BEST Soya Sauce I've Tried
I've tried many soya sauces in India. Most of them sucked, so I ended up having to buy overpriced Kikkoman or just wait till I'm travelling abroad. Then I tried Hachi Soya Sauce, this stuff is NEXT LEVEL. I did not try their Light variant as I prefer strong flavour, but I did try the dark & mushroom one.The Mushroom one is my favorite & I keep coming back to it. Really great flavour & pretty versatile. I've used this to marinate meat, as a dressing but my favorite way to use this is in stir fry.Good soya sauce is salty so add less salt to your dish accordingly. I'm on my third bottle of this stuff, have already recommended it to many friends, & I'll keep buying it in the future!

It's just fantastic!
This thing is real, it's just fantastic, unlike any generic soya sauce you get in your kirana stores or your neighborhood departmental stores. I wanted to buy more but it's not available anymore. Please make this available (I mean this particular "mushroom flavored" dark soya sauce).

HUGE amount of preservatives and glutamate (not mentioned!) inside. Be carefull! No mushroom flavor at all...
