Contains sulphites Heat Rating 4 - A spicy, fruity chilli sauce made with Mango sauce, toasted Indian spices, Jamaican Jerk and Fire Chillies. Indian Fire won a bronze taste of the west award. It is bursting with fruity sweetness, a great addition to a stirfry, as an addition to your curry sauce, or perhaps dripped sparingly onto your beans on toast. This is a handmade artisan product created with love in our Somerset kitchen using homegrown and locally sourced produce. Our award-winning products are created from recipes handed down through generations, with some exciting twists added for the chilli enthusiast. The sauces are slow cooked with great care to ensure the full flavour of the produce is conserved. There are no extra flavours or preservatives.
