Replacement Watch Band Black with Rose Gold Inserts for Invicta 1244, 1090 Russian Diver Skeleton Watches

looks awesome, feels awesome, but russian diver strap pins are incredibly strong and it was extremely difficult to put the straps on.. I actually had to take it to a watch expert at the cost of 15.oo. that is no complaint to this product the bands are an exact color match and they look like my other russian diver straps.. just thought i would cash in on my two cents

I want to start by saying that I have been looking for a band for my Invicta skeleton watch for almost a year since the original fell apart. This band showed up in about a week.Pros:1. This band seems of softer material than the original (more like rubber than polyurethane). It is very flexible and hopefully it won't fall apart like the one that came with the watch.2. The rose gold colored insets and buckle match the watch very closely. The insets are on the surface and don't penetrate the band (hopefully this adds to strength and longevity).3. Prompt delivery.Cons:1. This is not an original Invicta band. The name on the buckle is Rougois. The original band had 2 pins per side, this one only has one.2. Out of the packaging, this band would NOT fit. I even took it to a watch repair shop and they couldn't make it work (even after modifying the pins with a curve).At the point where the band meets the watch, there is a plastic inset molded into the band for strength. This plastic inset was ground slightly by the manufacturer but I had to take a Dremel tool and remove about another 25 mils. At this point with some force, I was able to make the pins fit in the inner set of holes (the proper ones).3. I am slightly concerned that this band only uses 1 pin per side as it is a very heavy model. Invicta deemed it necessary to use 2 per side (hopefully this was overkill).4. I had to pay $50.00 for this band (after shipping). That would have been a good price for an Invicta band but not for a generic after market one.Since this is not an original Invicta band, the best it could possibly get is 4 stars. Since I had to go to the trouble of taking it to a watch repair and then have to make modifications myself, this band gets only 3 stars. After my modifications, you would not be able to tell that it is not original (other than the name on the buckle).Unless you are very handy, or the manufacturer implements quality control, do not purchase this band.

I need a band for my rose gold invicta watch. The rubber had dry rotted so I had to find a replacement. This was as close as I could find and it will do the job.

At first glance it looks identical to the original one but I realized it wasn't an actual Invicta band. It's a good replica but it lacks the Invicta logo. Fortunately the jeweler was able to remove the original clasp and it to the new band.
