Might contain a LOT of MSG
There is something in it which crystallizes even at room temperature and it tasted like MSG - although not mentioned inthe ingredients list, it does seems like a LOT of MSG is added that it seperates out and crystallizes at the bottom.Ofcourse it adds the umami flavor to dishes but i doubt it is all natural fermented soy.

A culinary delight!
Well, I didn't have time to use it straightaway and the bottle lied unopened for four months before I decided to use it. And when I did, I found out what I was missing in my recipes! Truly a dark soya sauce, it's very strong in flavor and authentic in taste. It can perk up any number of dishes and trust me as a person who has used it umpteenth times that this is THE SOYA SAUCE TO BUY. I for one am going to buy only this brand now, that's for sure.What about you?

Writing after six months of use!
One of the best soya sauce I have ever used! Fermented fragrance, taste is little bit salty it's just yummy!!. It's tasty! I have used it for preparing Chinese, Vietnamese, mangoliyan and Thai dishes!!. Simply incredible.. Highly recommended!!

Dark Soy Sauce Only: ZERO flavours with a stir fry / Marinate for Non-Veg
Its more of a Delicate Dipping Soy Sauce (maybe for Momo's)BUT IT NOT FOR STIR FRY DISHES or to marinate meat (chicken or prawns).Used it a couple of times and did not get the soy taste/flavour in my dishes. A bit disappointed, I was looking for a more stronger, flavourful Soy sauce.NB: I have always been using TAI HUA dark Soy Sauce (for my Chinese / Thai Cooking), So back to my earlier choice.

Excellent
Quality is excellent. This is not the first time I have purchased this sauce and I am sure it will not be the last. I have come to rely on it over the past couple of years and it hasn't failed need yet. Would definitely recommend.

It's really good soya sauce
I wanted to go for naturally fermented soya sauce instead of cheap version you get easily in the departmental stores or online. No compromise with health. Go for it if you prefer health above everything..

The best soya sauce I have purchased in India so far
Excellent product. One of the best available in Indian markets. Amazing taste and flavour. Do remember to keep the bottle in the fridge after you open it, esp in summer and during the rains.
