Poor Build Quality
Tried to use the fryer for commercial basis, but noticed that the construction of the instrument was poor to save cost, which is justified because of the price at which it is being sold.However there was no issue with working of the product

1st use, the max temperature of the unit after 35 minutes of continuous use is 97.6°C, the temperature of oil remains constant at 97.6 even if controller set to 200°C. Planning to return it back...
