Unfortunately it only lasted 27 days before the back of the screws came off. I had to send it back yesterday. It’s a shame because I really liked it and it was very spacious and saved me from carrying a rucksack on my back. Will have to find another one. :(

So very disappointed.I’ve used it for 5 days running now and it’s already broken. The brackets/hooks do not fit the luggage rack on my bike (standard GIANT bike). They are too tight and not flexible at all like on my previous pannier so 1 snapped this morning so beware. It’s going to be a tricky ride home tonight…

The bag appears to be a decent size, and made from good quality material. However, I have a Cannondale Tesoro 2 commuting bike, which has a strong, built-in rack (see Cannondale's picture that I attached). The tubes that the rack is made from are too thick for the bag clips, and the shape of the rack means that the bag's lower fixing couldn't be used either.

Really wanted to like this pannier however back screws popped off the bag when I packed it full. Also part of the clip broke off when clasping it to my bike rack. Unfortunately will need to buy a different one

Well I wasnt expecting this and when I say that I mean quality wise, it is top notch, very innovative and super quality and its big, well big enough to carry many things including a extra large pizza and a 2 litre bottle of coke and more, just a shame it doesnt have a thermal lining as it would tick all boxes then especially if you use it for say food delivery or just out on a bike ride and want to take some food with you. Your bike would need to have a rear carrier so that the bag can clip on to it and when you want to take it with you just turn the side clip mount on the side plate and using the included strap just throw it over your shoulder, save having to leave it on the bike.The bag is well made, it is waterproof and all edges rubber sealed and the top folds over to keep out any rain. It also has an inner zipped pocket for paperwork etc. Price wise ok its not cheap but it is of top quality and very versatile in what it can take, hopefully they bring out one with a thermal lining or a inner thermal lining that can be removed also different colours too as its ideal for bike couriers.

Yes, I know it states the size in the description, but you can't always visualise until you actually see it in person.It's actually roomier than I expected, and I can at last fit in everything I need when I go out on my bike.I love that it has a stap too, allowing you carry it.In fact it has so many fantastic features, I don't know where to start!I like how simple it is to attach to the bike and quick too.The material is thick and high quality, which I wasn't expecting, so I'm expecting it to last a long time.It's waterproof too, a must have in the UKThe plastic fittings are great quality too, again I wasn't expecting them to be.Overall very pleased with my purchase. Many happy biking days ahead without the need of a backpack.

I am really impressed with this bag! It's quite heavy, but the waterproof layer demands it. Nice reflective sign on the side, definitely makes it visible to people! Doesn't attach to any bike though so you have to check whether it is compatible with yours.
