11x14 Picture Frames - Signature Barnwood Reclaimed Wood Photo Frames

When our frames arrived, one of them had broken glass. Additionally (and this was certainly more our fault looking back at the photos provided of the item) we did not realize that the frame had a very thick inner wood rim around the opening. So, we decided to send them back. Unfortunately, the original shipping for each frame was over 10 dollars (22 dollars of our total cost) and shipping them back cost another 17 dollars. We were not offered a refund on any of those additional expenses. Basically, we spent $37.00+ to view the products, one of which was broken. The frame was as advertised, but the customer service left something to be desired.

Materials, workmanship, and shipping were all very good. Only disappointment was finding a few small spots where the surface of the wood was nicked so that the lighter interior wood color showed. But, that's the view of a perfectionist. Any normal person would expect that the process of dismantling a barn or similar structure will produce a few scratches or dents. Of course, I will order from then again.

The wood in this frame is obviously distressed and weathered, which is exactly what I wanted to frame an image of bison in the snow.The frame is well constructed.It's always a bit of a risk to purchase something made of recycled wood without seeing it in person. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, I don't see where any improvement could be made.The packaging also bears mentioning. The glass was completely protected and then everything was packed in an oversize box to allow for additional packing material, more than enough to protect it from potentially ham fisted delivery agents.

Would have been a great picture frame IF THEY HAD NOT SANDED IT! What were they thinking. It's reclaimed barnwood, ant that's what the picture looks like. And that's what the back of the frame I received looks like. BUT for some dumb reason they sanded the front surfaces which makes it look pale and smooth and fake. I really should have returned it.The construction is sturdy, thus two stars instead of one. So dissappointed.

I was looking for a rustic picture frame to put my beloved German Shepherd's picture in when he passed. I found this one and it was perfect! I will be buying more to hang all my favorite pictures in. I actually look forward to hanging pictures now. The frames are a piece of artwork by themselves. I get many compliments.

My father drew a great picture of a farm tractor. We wanted a frame that would show off the drawing. This rustic wooden frame is perfect because the wood is warn and includes nail marks. The framed drawing will make a special gift for one of our sons who lives in a log home, on 5 acres of wooded land, in western Maryland.

My granddaughter's second. Best cotton gift that I could find. Delivered on time. The reclaimed wood frame was perfect.

A nail was coming out and I had to nail it back in. Other than that small issue it looks great!
