## Questions & Answers

**Q: How does this ship in hot weather?**
A: NO PROBLEM!! I live in Texas!

**Q: Is this certified Kosher?**
A: The product that I have in my cupboard is the Spectrum non-hydrogenated Organic All Vegetable Shortening. It has a slice of pie on the label. It does have an Orthodox Union OU. Some similar Spectrum products appear not to have a Kosher symbol. If you look carefully in the Amazon product photos some Spectrum labels seem to have the OU and others don't.

**Q: Does this contain any form of soy?**
A: No. The only ingredient is palm oil.

**Q: What is the shelf life please?**
A: Great question! If you store it somewhere like a cabinet or pantry that has a pretty stable temperature, it should last a year or longer. The containers are big enough that I’ve not had one of these longer than 15 months.
