Actually wanted something to take with me when I travel so I don’t burn my hand taking a paper cup of coffee back to my hotel room from the lounge, etc. Didn’t really want one of those plastic or metal travel mugs you use in your car. These are perfect. They’re much lighter than I imagined and my wife loves the blue color. The tops fit snugly and should keep coffee warm for a decent length of time. They arrived in perfect condition and appear to be well made. I would definitely recommend them.

These are beautiful and sturdy mugs. A pretty color blue and they keep coffee hotter than regular mugs. Definitely a good purchase. They arrived on time in good secure packaging. They would make a great Christmas gift.

I got the 14oz version and love it. I already have so many mugs, including a hydroflask, but love that this is both insulating AND dishwasher safe. Drinking out of mugs is my preferred method for coffee (as opposed to a travel cup) so being able to pop a lid on and off this thing is great. I also love that when I make french press coffee, I can pour half into a regular mug and half into the Tru mug and the Tru mug will keep it warm. It doesn't last a super long time, compared to the hydroflask - fresh coffee will stay lukewarm for about 2 hours - but the ease, portability, and that little extra time for keeping things warm is so nice.I ordered this two weeks ago and have been using it nonstop since. I'm saving one for a christmas present so only using one mug continuously; I put it through the dishwasher twice and rinsed other times, been holding up great. Lid does not leak, although I haven't tipped it over or done anything crazy with it so I assume there will be some issues. Overall GREAT value.

While the cup itself is a great color and sturdy, DO NOT trust the lids they provide. As you can see the open/close tab completely has come off on not 1 but both of the cups I have. The first one came off after going through the dishwasher one week after I received, and then the second fell off this week (2 months after purchase) after handwashing it only. Very cheap lids which really drags down the quality of what could be a great product.

Keeps coffee warm long enough for me. I needed a cup to keep my coffee warm because it takes me so long to drink a cup with active children keeping me busy, my regular coffee mugs the coffee would be cold before I got half way through. I wish the handle was a little wider but it still works good and I like it. Love the blue color and cup does not get too hot to hold like regular mugs. Perfect size to hold in my hand.

The cup was nice, light and looked good, but the lid that came with the one already broke and it's the first time using it. The top completely snapped off (im not sure how) where the thing open and closes to drink out of, fell into my cup and now the opening piece is gone. So I have a holes in the lid where it should be.

I am editing my review to compliment the seller for a very quick & amicable response to my problem. Great customer Service even if the mugs didn’t work out for me. I may return these because they don’t keep my tea or coffee hot for very long. They fit in my small hands well & are very light weight & that’s what attracted me to these. I have severe arthritis in both hands & it’s hard to hold anything bigger or which weighs more. The color is beautiful! Too small for my hubby’s hands. Perfect size for me. I just wish they were better insulated.

Keeps my coffee warmer for 5 min longer than a regular mug, the lid doesn't stay flushed with the mug & it feels/looks cheap. Its light weight & thin I doubt that its double walled since it doesn't do much for keeping liquids warmer. At $14 per mug, not worth it. I would have rather splurged & gotten a yeti.
