I guess I shouldn't complain because they were like 12 bucks for two. Its not like I overpaid. Build quality seems fine. They've got a strap going underneath that quite frankly I don't understand why. The physics of pulling the Kleenex out of the top, would obviously not make the box fall out of the bottom. The box is relatively tightly secure inside the holder. I was worried the strap would cause the bottom to stand up off the counter which it doesen't do. The biggest issue is the slot at the top is not big enough for the Kleenex. The material is some kind of like fake leather, I think. I went after it with my kitchen scissors. It cuts very easily. I doubled the size of the slot at the top. That worked fine. I'd buy again. There's not anything wrong with them. Other than the modification you might want to make.
