Careful with the slats!
This is an overall nice piece of slat art but it's not put together very well. The slats came off while I was trying to hang it because it's stapled together in the back and the staples aren't long enough. But it does look nice once it's hung up. I would suggest that before you handle it too much you add some wood glue strategically along the back of the slats to help it hold together better. Overall, decent purchase but for the price I think it should've been a little sturdier.

I had to reinforce a couple of the slats when it first came.
I used this flag on my outdoor fireplace mantel. It kept it’s beautiful colors and weathered our storms.

Surprised by the quality of this piece. Much nicer than many others I saw price much higher. Bought as a gift and my son loves it.

Do disappointed and very upset!!!
I was EXTREMELY disappointed and very upset with this item! It was a gift for my husband and when he opened it a piece had come loose. When we took off the shrink wrap to hang it, 4 pieces fell off!!! When I took a closer look, NONE of the pieces were properly secured! This is a cheap piece of (blank). It makes me sad and sick to see someone care so little about what this represents. American made and American pride? I don't think so!!!
