Amazing Except for Being Too Small
It's not actually a full size. I know this because my bed frame and mattress are all from the same brand, so it's a couple of inches too short width and height wise. The sizing thing is easy to overlook if you're not sharing your bed, though. Everything else about it is well worth the buy, though.

Good quality sleep, good comfort, a little bit soft, long term durability questionable
I bought this mattress topper for my stateroom bed onboard a large navy ship. The topper was about 2-3 inches short of covering the entire mattress lengthwise but filled the entire slot widthwise which is more important. Comfort was excellent - a little softer and sank in a little more than I expected but honestly that led to sounder sleep despite some very loud activities going on at all times of the day. With this topper I probably slept more soundly than I did at home on my $3000 memory foam mattress.I did use it for a few nights without a mattress sleeping on a carpeted floor, because it's so soft you definitely feel the floor, so I wouldn't recommend it as a standalone - but it's not designed for that.With that said, there's a small tear (about 3 inches) where I folded it to take it off the ship, so I'm not sure it's really appropriate to be moved multiple times. and I'm not sure how long it will last. But for what I bought it for, it served its purpose well.

Best if you sleep alone in the middle of bed...
Purchased this for a queen sized bed that needs replacing. Thought we could use this a bit and get a new bed later. Although the matress pad is nice & comfortable, as two people sleep on it, it becomes "depressed/compressed" where you lay, leaving a hump in the middle. After some time you feel as if you are being pushed to sleep towards the edges of the bed. It sometimes became hard to turn over...

Extremely comfortable
I bought this to replace an old cooling gel memory foam topper, this one is a bit thicker and so plush. It adds both firmness and soft pillowy-ness.

Not cooling at all
Nice and soft, no smell, but doesn't cool us at all. We still wake up sticking to sweaty sheets.
