Using Iphone for years now, First time a cable broke like this... When mailed for Warranty, No reply from the Manufacturer.... Don’t know whom to trust now...

Other than the rugged durability, this cable sucks! It almost caught fire when the phone was charging and later melted. Destroyed my iPhone. It was not the charger but this cable was at fault as other cables work and worked perfectly fine on my power bank. I had to quickly unplug the same from the phone but the damage was already done. later when I reconnected the cable to the charger (after I had plugged in other cables that worked perfectly fine), it burned itself even when the phone was not connected. It had already leaked black fluid on my iPhone's charging socket!The only thing I liked about it was the rugged exterior, but tuned out to have poor interior!I am gonna contact the company and see whether they make any good, will edit the review to review their customer service.Yes, I am using my mac to take the photo, :(Edit: The customer support is non existent. Threw the cable away and had to sell the damaged phone after transferring the files over airdrop.

This is a really bad product.Do not buy this becoz it malfunctions before one month of purchase. Instead of charging your phone, you will notice that the charge% is decreasing.It's waste of money

The quality of the cable is superb. I tried a lot of cables and many of them broke and didn't function well. Some of the cables were not even compatible. Luckily this one works great for me. The quality of the cable is superb and I believe it would last much longer with the protective layers at the bends.

Seriously a genuine product and was impressed with a small little note they had left for you with the delivery, that sums it up that they care for customer which is a rarity these days. Buying for the second time for myself 1st was bought 4 months back and still working fine. This time requires a long cable. Cable is sturdy and durable. Totally recommend for buying

Quality of product is not good and cable is not proper as per iPhone charging plug. It keeps coming out while charging all the time. Moment I touch my phone while on charging it disconnects and I have to press it again to make it working. Charging power is good if it’s lying on one side with no one touching the phone as it gets charged up quite quickly.

Worst iPhone charger ever. Charged 3hours, my iPhone 6s got up to 50%. Worst data cable ever used.
