Bought a 12" x 12" x 1/4" sheet of acrylic to make new foot plates for my trim router as the original factory foot plate is too basic and its center hole is too large for standard guide bushings to be fitted.The sheet arrived well-packaged in bubble wrap inside a form-fitting box inside a larger Amazon box, which also contained some Forstner drill bits I needed for this project. It measured 1/16th under the 12 inches on both sides. I assume that the original large sheet is marked at exactly 12 inches and the cutting blade running along that line has a width of 1/8". Hence the loss of the 1/16th inch per cut sheet. Not an issue for my project, but would be if someone wanted exactly 12" square.The brown paper protection was ideal for marking out the sheet and it was left in place until all cutting, sanding and drilling was completed. I was able to power sand the acrylic up to the lines on the paper without the paper coming loose or fraying.The acrylic cut cleanly with my table saw (40 TPI), jig-saw and it was center-punched and drilled cleanly on my drill press (1700rpm) without cracking or melting.In conclusion, I do not hesitate to recommend this product.

Used a small bandsaw to cut. It cut easily. Sturdy, thick, would buy again.

Great quality

The product was as advertised. 1/4" thick, clear as glass and easy to work with. I made a router base plate for a new dado jig I made. It cut clean on the table saw and was easy to drill. I even used an old1 1/8" spade bit on it and was able to get a perfect hole for the router bit opening. I will have no reservations buying this product again for future needs.

Came packaged safely in a well fitting box and bubble wrap, and the factory edges are perfect. I'm using this sheet of acrylic to convert an all glass aquarium to an all-in-one, and used a Glowforge Pro to cut a weir and a hole for the outlet nozzle. The glowforge proofgrade settings for thick black aquarium cut this acrylic perfectly. I left the protective paper on while cutting - I would remove it next time, as the paper burned and slightly marred the surface of the acrylic in the immediate area, but it's barely noticeable and will be fine for my use. Either remove the paper coating, or cut the piece in reverse so the burns are on the back. Will definitely but this for other projects!

I bought the 1/4" tinted plexi, and it was perfectly cut and packaged. I shaped it with a wood cutting blade (slowly), and it cut easily with no shards or melted edges.....somehow. I then filed the edges to a rounded shape, no problem. I drilled the mounting holes with actual plexiglass drill bits, but possibly could have gotten away with using regular twist drill bits in a drill press (sometimes they can grab and split plexiglass. This was a very substantial piece of tinted plastic and makes a great sun visor for me.

I am wondering how strong its gonna be since it is only 3mm thick, other reviewer has mentioned it is strong enough and have rely on it somehow, I hope it will hold as I planned it to be a router table insert.

This product is not working for laser cutting, specially for xtool s1. just melted. It is a plastic.

I needed a backing for some new exterior wall lights that I was putting up on the house. The new lights needed to be sealed to the house but the house is covered with vinyl siding. Bought two of these and cut them down to size. Worked perfectly and actually to me makes the lights look even better. Easy to cut with regular tools. I've built other things from acrylic sheets and I like the thickness. Pretty good stuff.
