Iron Palm Liniment by Oriental Herb Company

This jow is okay, but it hardly has any ingredients in it at all. 8 ingredients total, two of them are alcohol and WATER! Yes, that's right, this jow is watered down. I highly recommend you buy Iron Fist liniment instead. It is also watered down, but it has a much longer list of ingredients, and seems more potent. I'll probably try a different brand though next time since OHC thinks water is a legitimate ingredient for dit da jow. Oh well, at least they were honest about it.

"Good" Iron palm liniments also work on most sprains or strains so give them a try for other training injuries.

average strength for iron palm jow. I am able to make much stronger liniment myself this is much too expensive for the amount you get

This liniment is way too watered down to be of use for iron palm training. I showed this to my Sifu and he just smiled saying " this is of absolutely no value" and gave me some he made himself. A huge difference. He also stated that it smelled of isopropyl alcohol which can harm the body if used for a period of time. Apparently this company has sold this junk through some martial arts catalogs for years to people who don't know the difference.
