Just got it for a month, still too earlyPros: -great value for money-does not drip and over boil water-large volume and three dispense options – wife love itCons: - Don’t have magnetic plug-Smell burn, plastic and metal even after a 3 full pots of water and vinegar flushed. Many full pots dispensed later, its still have some metal smell carried over to the water. I hope the smell will disappear soon.

Product itself was good but arrived with different damages because was shipped w cheap materials and not protected enough in the box.

The Heis 5-Quart Hot Water Urn is very reliable. It heats water hot enough to drink piping hot whatever. Love the Sabbath mode as we are Sabbath-observing Jews. This was a gift for my son and daughter-in-law. They love it and use it 7 days a week! Competitive price.

This is not my first time I am buying Thermo Pots. I find them very convenient for my family to have in the kitchen. I hope this one will last longer than my previous one.

This item was completely defective. Filled it with water and it immediately leaked all of the water out of the bottom - huge mess on counter! Looked great, arrived promptly, had all the features I wanted...so sad.

does not keep water hot. lukewarm at best, after a few hours

This works like a charm, boils water quickly, keeps it very hot all Shabbos.
