Resistance and quality of construction are excellent. The resistance range is good and the bands appear to have a long and useful life. Having to change the grips from band to band is a true pain in my case as I move from one resistance to the next quickly. More handles would be a good addition. The carabiners help but still slows down the routines.

Love the fact that you can easily switch out the bands in the middle of a workout with the clips. I use these while doing P90X and that is a fast moving video and usually don't have a lot of break time to be switching the bands. I also love the fact that these come in a travel bag so I can bring them up to my cabin with me or when I work out with my trainer.The handle grips are great and don't slip out of my hands especially once you 'pop a bead'.I have recommended these bands to my friends and my workout trainer even loved the set after i brought them to use and requested me to bring them regularly because they are better than any other band she has used.

This work outset was perfect. If you're a weight lifter and lift 200 pounds forget it. But for the everyday woman just trying to stay in shape. Perfect.

My best friend needed resistance bands so i got her some. She likes that the set comes with multiple bands and attachment pieces. She has been using them daily with her inhome workouts.

This is a great set for the price. It has provided exactly what I was looking for to add to my home workouts. Highly recommend!

What I like is that the set has different resistance and they are colored.I use then to tone my different muscles with different repetitions depending this resistance.

Great set. There are a lot of exercises and stretches to do with this set. Good price.
