Omg! This book is life transforming. I read 50 pages of this book today itself, though in intervals. And I have been able to alleviate the pain I have been suffering from since the past six months. It surely is a big deal for me. I cant thank the author enough for bringing to us the Buddhist principles in such an easy-to-understand language. I surely am going to buy the other books of Monk Thich Nhat Hanh. Thankyou so very much.

Thich Nhat Hanh is my all time favorite. This book is a gem of his compositions. It provides profound understanding on love. In the context of the mechanical world where our relationships are becoming too fragile and short-lived, I think this book has immense value.Every one should read this book to get comfort, inspiration and to understand what really love stands for.

Whenever I feel low, I just read this book. This is so nice, I think everyone should read this to know the basic meaning of love
