I go through a pair of work boots every 12 months. I do a lot of kneeling and bump a lot of things. The toes on boots is the first to go, and when they go, you have a pair of Crocs, because you aren't going to walk through water, mud, or anything sandy or fine without it pouring into your boot. with these, a $200 pair of boots can last 4 times longer with a $8 investment. I have worn through these and just glued another pair on and kept going. I will buy these forever

The guards themselves fit perfectly on my brand new suade work boots. I followed the directions and sanded down the boot and guard with the provided sandpaper. The glue they send out just doesn’t cut it. I am a tradesman who beats up my shoes on a daily basis. They fell off after 3 days. I didn’t know when or where I lost one of them. I had to use the second pair with a epoxy glue of my own, and they worked great then.

I wish I had found these before I trashed my boots, but it covered the huge hole in my steel toes and brought them back into safety compliance. I work on the railroad walking in gravel, kicking things, hitting them with a hammer from time to time, and just destroy boots in about 2 months (and I'm talking about $200 redwings not walmart boots) thanks to these guards I will get almost 6 months out of a pair

I tried these as an alternate to rubber moldings that cover the entire toes. These don't cover the area at all. It can last only about a month because of the glue losing its strength from certain temperatures.Only recommended for indoor enviornments and small shoes/boots.

They perfectly adhered to the boot, effectively sealing the hole about the steel toe.

Junk, sanded the area down. Cleaned it very well. Installed cover per directions. Held down with pressure. I then let it dry for 2 days. First time on, I bump the ladder with my toe and it pops off. The adhesive used is junk. Nice product and great idea. Please change the adhesive to something stronger.

When I ordered these I was hoping to extend the life of my work shoes, but was a bit nervous about the fit seeing as my shoes are a bit more narrow than regular work boots. I was very impressed with the flexibility of these toe guards, and now I feel like I don’t need to worry about my shoes falling apart so soon! The guards were super easy to apply, and so far have held up great against the cinderblock that I regularly scoot to prop a door open. Before I used these guards, the toe of my shoes were wearing down to the point where I’d need a new pair fairly soon. Definitely worth the money, and I will definitely be buying these again when the time comes to replace the shoes I have now!!

These are perfect for my needs. Put them on an older pair of work boots and have been using them for a couple months. The boots are still going strong which saves me some money for new ones!
