Take a while to get aquatinted to but comfort is assured, even if is not a 100% "vertical" design, but slightly oblique, so your wrist stil touch a little on your hand bone. Said so, a couple of cons if used with Apple Mac: scroll wheel is not precise and sometimes you need to perform double movements; you cannot control DPI settings (600, 800, 1200). Left additional buttons cannot be configured as well because not recognised by OSX, but one of them has already the function to switch between open applications panels. I suggest to use rechargeable batteries, even is there is a standby mode after some time and the on-off button. For this amount, I strongly suggest to get it if you need to rest from carpal tunnel syndrome given by standard mice. It would work for around 10 minutes then the cursor would become unresponsive on my screen. I tried clicking the mouse buttons to revive it but nothing short of switching it off and on again would get it to work again. Super frustrating! I returned it for a replacement once but the new unit exhibited the same behavior. Returned for a refund. Completely unsatisfactory.
