Still the most amazing chair I have ever sat on.
First sat on one of these in 2004. 19 years later and still can't get a better chair. Quality will not be beat. Not sure about the issues some people have claimed to have with the reclinign feature, but I am 5'10" 230 and can recline just fine.The company I purchased from did send an ergonomist out though. So maybe they just knew how to set it up right.

Can't Keep from Reclining
Like other users said, this chair reclines when you lean back and there's no way to stop it from happening. Very uncomfortable. Can't adjust the wheels, either, so you end up rolling around involuntarily.

Issues with it reclining.
Quality was great! Unfortunately had issues with the back staying up. . I’m 5’11” 200lbs but my girlfriend who is smaller had no issues. I looked into it and others had the same exact problem. I researched it and also talked to the company that makes the chair and they simply said there is no way to tighten it to stay up. If you’re smaller than me I’d recommend based on how comfortable and high quality it was other I don’t recommend it

Great gaming/productivity chair
The chair itself was exactly what I wanted as it's very comfortable and offers the back support I was looking for but I was a bit disappointed that it had a few nicks/blemishes on the back of the chair. When you spend $500+ on a chair you expect it to arrive in pristine condition which is why I docked a star from my rating. Also they should show more pictures of how the chair will look in a given seat color as I didn't exactly know what it would look like until I received it. Luckily it was what I had in mind but I could see people shying away from purchasing as you don't know exactly what you are getting.
