Not worth even half the cost, went bad in 5 months.
One side of the chair sagged up in just 5 months to the point where I can't even keep my hand on arm rest, lack of thigh support.( Later found out the plastic base was cracked , and it costs 3k, worst part shipping here in Chennai took more than a month ).Since the base is made out of plastic it feels flimsy. Worst customer support. Chair plastic base cracked from one side
I used this chair for last 2 year and was happy with it.Few weeks back the One side of the chair cracked and its not usable anymore. I am not even able to keep my hand on this side of the arm rest. I have been following up with their customer support and willing to pay to get that cracked plastic base replaced but still no response from their side.

Nice
Nice chair overall. I'm using a Haworth chair in office and wanted something that's close to it and inexpensive. This is the closest to it, maybe looks as if even finished to a higher standard than Haworth but doesn't hold a candle in terms of ergonomics and comfort to the Haworth and by a mile. My biggest complaint is the armrest is too thin and doesn't adjust in orientation based on recline. Although I'm glad atleast the armrest moves height wise. Not bad.
