Useful slicer.
This helped me slice three thin horizontal layers of a soft airy cake without breaking or crumbling. Absolutely essential for cake decorating. It's a thin wire so one must press the outer rod slightly to change the levels. Pulling at the wire roughly might end up damaging it. Very useful slicer.

Look for other options
You cannot cut your cakes using this steel wire thingy... Just tried layering the cake with this product and it didn't work. I can't return this product now☹️ since, it way past return date.

Gets the job done
Looks flimsy but works beautifully. I would have preferred a heftier build if only for my piece of mind but this is still excellent value for money.

Nice but delicate
I have used it once as I have not got much opportunity to bake. It cut through my cake nicely. But it's very delicate to use.
