Love that it's comfortable, soft clay, no odors, and they're compact to freeze/store.Hate that they don't stay cold for very long!! They do seem to re-freeze more quickly than other gel or ice packs, so I'm glad I bought two.I also bought the clay pack/shoulder brace combo. The brace was more trouble than it's worth if you're injured, in severe pain and your arms aren't working too well to begin with. Even with someone helping to fit it. Total hassle. The brace stayed in the box but that second clay pack is needed to alternate cold on one shoulder at a time. Many visits to the freezer to swap.

Perfect size - long and thins. Fits in freezer perfectly.

The dimension shown on the 2nd picture (14" x 28") is incorrect. The actual size is only half. Seller: Please correct the mistake and clarity that this product is only for 1 piece (not 2 pieces as it imply).

This clay cold pack seems to be well made and I like that it has baffles about 3 inches apart so all the clay does not end up in one end of the pack. It is however very thin which makes it somewhat moldable but also causes it to warm up very quickly. It doesn't stay cold very long at all, maybe 5 to10 minutes of useful cooling time before it needs to go back into the freezer.

Recommend product for wrapping extremities or lying on back atop it if you are average female height or short man. Not long lasting but stays ice cold about twenty minutes.

Great product, just a little thin.

Stays cold for only a few min. What a let down for being out with a back injury, can't exactly get up constantly to refreeze it for it only to be cold for about 15 min tops.
