The product itself is good but I am very unimpressed with the entire package. The instructions itself were pretty bad, i.e. for as much money as you spend I think the instructions wouldn't be blurry and hard to read. KB voodoo customer service is also very poor and barely answered questions to any degree. Very disappointed.
