Primal Wireless Headset & Mic for Xbox 360

Word to the wise, if you order this product, you should open and make sure you have all the pieces immediately. When my son opened this item up on Christmas day the wireless microphone was not included. Now I have to contact either Amazon or the manufacturer to get the piece. This was quiet disappointing. If I ever order anything from this manufacturer again, I will be sure to check immediately upon arrival to make sure that I have all the pieces. If not, I will send back immediately before the deadline to return closes. I will not recommend that anyone purchase any products from this manufacturer.

I own Turtle Beach X11s that thethered me to the TV and Xbox 360, Frustrated with being leashed in such a manner, I searched for a wire free solution. I bought these expecting total freedom, but they presented worse problems. The sound was worse, and sometimes it was hard to hear my teammates. The padding and shape was uncomfortable compared to the X11s. The mic was neat idea, and I still like it, but my teammates could not hear me unless I held the controller up to my mouth. It didn't come with rechargable batteries. And I know this sounds kinda dumb, but they are actually very UGLY. The infrared sensors curve outward, so it looks weird when looking in the mirror. I ended up going back to my leash after a couple days of use. I will still go after a new wireless headset, and I'll be keeping the mic, just in case, but I wouldn't recommend that anyone buy this.

these headphones stink my son is so upset the only thing that works is the small mic for the controller then the sound comes through the tv speakers only!!! he cant hear sound through the headphones did we hook up something wrong?

It arrived just in time to give to my brother for Christmas. The quality looks great and it was exactly what I was looking for, Thank you!

The good the Microphone works great and the headset is comfortable easy to hook up. The sound quality is ok to poor at 10ft away direct line of sight. I purchased another headphone set to use, 5.8ghz just wanted better sound quality. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
