Good Sound but Uncomfortable and Not Durable
The sound of this headset is superb. It has better bass response than many of the headsets that I've used, including much more expensive dedicated headsets. That being said, everything that may redeem this headset in terms of sound is wiped away immediately by the quality of the materials and the complete lack of comfort. This headset has stopped working for me already and the primary issue seems to be the point where the wire connects to the volume/rumble adjustment housing. I did not abuse this set as I have a specific spot to hang my headsets when they're not in use. Also, the fatigue on my ears from how tight the set is (I do have a larger head, 7 1/2 hat size) and the pressure on the tips of my ears (my ears are average size) is headache inducing. So with all of that, if you have a smaller head and small ears this set may work for you assuming that it is durable enough for you.As the last piece I will say that the detachable microphone is an awesome addition but it doesn't rotate so your only option to move the mic is to bend it sideways or to remove it. Hope this helps!

Pretty good for the price
Pretty good headset, although the mic is too sensitive and the rumble pack is kind of useless. The design for the volume control also makes it really easy for it to brush against something and change the volume.

Second one - a MUST HAVE!
Durable, comfortable, adjustable head band, great sound quality, works well with skype or gaming, too bad it's too bulk so I can't pack it to take along with my laptop when traveling! Price dropped for my second purchase, first one cost me $50, this one only 19.99! Had my first one for over a year, it was still working when I fell wearing it and one side snapped and broke off (protected my ear from slamming against the side of the desk though!). Awesome product, highly recommend!

Heavy, not prime quality
Although I had read about good sound quality to me it's just average. The headset is heavy, the ears get too warm as there is not enough air circulation. The battery box that comes with the set broke from the hinge the first time I opened it.

My friend for two years until it broke
These lasted about two years before one of the ear pieces snapped off rather easily. I liked the rumble feature, but I had to move my computer to the other side of my desk so I could plug the headphone wire into the jack on my speakers while also hooking the USB wire into the front of my PC. A minor issue. My main problem with the rumble feature is that it essentially transforms the bass into vibrations, meaning that if you have it turned up, the audio itself has less bass in it at the same time your ears are being tickled. Overall, it seems to be little more than a gimmick. There's a volume control on the cord (which also activate the vibration effect). After about a year and some months, it began to get a little fickle, as in, I had to mess with it some to stop the audio from cutting out in one ear. Shortly after, the cord plugged into my speaker started needing adjustment to keep the sound on in the other ear. This seems typical to me, though, as other headphones have done the same sort of thing in the past. The padding is comfy, but the pressure on your ears eventually might give you a headache. For me, it screwed with my jaw some. But you kinda have to expect that from over-the-ear headphones, I think.I love the sound. I don't know too much about frequency levels and whatever, but I do know that I liked the way my music sounded. Decent bass sound. Sometimes, the music sounded a little too boxed in, but that's where it was helpful to turn on the rumble feature and set it up just enough so it cut some of the bass but didn't vibrate too much.Would I recommend these? At the time I'm writing this, they are selling for $15 here on Amazon. When I bought them from TigerDirect a couple years back, they were at least $20 more. For this price range, I would say YES! A pair of headphones this good for only $15 is an excellent deal.As a replacement, I just bought the seemingly popular Sennheiser HD201 headphones ($25). I have yet to hear them for myself, so I'm not able to compare them at this time. I can go without the vibration and the volume on the cord, since the headphones plug into a speaker with a volume dial. If I remember, I'll update this post when I get my new headphones.

Didn't survive 6 Months.
Wiring on the headset is bad. I have to jiggle the cord that go directly into the headset or sound will not play properly. The rumble feature died within the first 2 months. I will be opening them up to see if I can fix some soldering.
