I've been playing GTA since the Ps2 releases and i have found these strategies guides very useful. They make your game experience a lot of easier and in some cases, due to the many new missions, it will make you not miss anything of the game. I think every GTA fan should have this.

Just got this guide just hours ago after gathering dust at the post office. It had some creases on the cover and all but aside from the obvious, it's all good. for those who came in late: GTA IV has two dlc's out: the lost and the damned( which plays like an episode of Sons of Anarchy, a show i might just watch down the line) and The Balled of Gay Tony which is like watching the E! channel on steriods with all the glitz and glamour b.s. but that's just my opinon. Anyways, this guide is good for the game with all the walkthroughs and everything. If you're a fan of GTA VI, then get this guide for the complete GTA VI package.

I wanted the strategy guide to help with gameplay, so this book definitely met & exceeded my expectations.

First off, I was disappointed at the prices. The cheapest selling used guides start at $15 which is not only a rip off from the redundant original $20 price tag, but are more expensive than the San Andreas guides which are better quality and includes a poster map. I do have to agree in saying this is in the top 3 worst guides Brady Games has made besides the Tales Of Legendia version they had on that game, but nontheless this is about GTA. This is a downgrade in every term with this compared to guides like SA once again. The book is made and structured as if you're teaching a 4th grade class, the physical page quality has thinned out and the ink isn't at its finest either. Besides availability I suppose, there isn't a reason why this should be literally 10x the price of others. I am once again disappointed that this doesn't come with the poster map as well. However, I rated this a 3 because I am grateful this even exists to begin with, with all its flaws. It's still something to have for avid collectors like myself, though only a one time purchase (sometimes I buy two for safekeeping). It also may taken advantage of the simplicity for those who are flat out bored and want some colors and pictures with basic vocabulary words, if you will. Take this review as you please, for I am not for or against the purchase of it, as I've kept my bought copy at the end of the day. It all boils down to the person in what they're looking for.

Bought it for the maps and hidden package descriptions. Wanted to complete these before GTA V came out. One seagull is misplaced, but meh.

Lots of colorful maps and lots of helpful hints. There is a mistake on the location of one of the pigeons in "The Ballad of Gay Tony" but otherwise a must for those wanting to completely finish the game.

played many variations of this game and the book was a very useful reminder of how much is actually in the game I had not bothered with. So a good read and good quality colour images make this a good buy in the ever growing electronic book threat.
