No service or repairs or even spare parts for last four months
First, my power key got shorted with more than a month of warranty left (maybe few months of use). None of their service centeres in Hyderabad were open. Fortunately I had extended warranty with Future Generali when I bought this laptop. Future Generali followed up for couple of months with them, but they didn't have spare parts (one power key). They put a workaround for me. However not an optimum solution. Now the control key stopped working. Pretty much this is a crappy product and crappy company. Never buy anything Indian, unless you are OK with things that break in no amount of time.

Very slow
Very slow device! I am trying to install ms office since 3 days still it's in progress. And now the return window is closed so I can't even return.Lookwise it's good and light weight.

In such low price no other laptop I think and for official use very better.not for gaming,use for accounting software and and word not for time pass

dont buy iball laptops, they will cheat you
i bought iball compbook and it got malfunctioned within 1 year. i have given it to service centre for warranty claim, but after 4 months also they dont even attending my issue. the laptop is still kept there in the local service centre and the company is not doing anything to solve the issue. iball customer care also not replying any of my queries.CONSIDERING MY MONEY LOST, NOW I BOUGHT A DELL LAPTOPI BALL IS CHEATING THERE CUSTOMERS, DONT BUY THERE PEODUCTS, SPEND SOME MORE MONEY AND BUY SOME GOOD BRANDS

Totally waste design
This is very troublesome equipment, not so sturdy pc.The keyboard fails multiple times on its own without any physical damage. It's keyboard in Bengaluru costs 4k aprox which is not feasible.
