Item seems to work well. The sucktion cups holding it to side of tub need some work. They need to be re-designed and made bigger and better to avoid not holding. I would buy this item from someone other then Medical Department Stores. The item arrived with a sticker on the original box stating this item can not be returned, and it was shipped in its original box, not placed inside another shipping box with packing. The box arrived torn and damaged, but it appears the item inside is ok. Look elsewhere to buy this item simply due to the poor shipping. There is no mention of this return policy in the description. Enjoy your bubbles when you finally do get one.

If you're willing to buy like at least 2 of these, maybe even 3 and set them around the tub, then you've got yourself a jacuzzi experience, but 1 by itself isn't very powerful. You can throw away the adapter that makes it shoot out 2 ways because that thing just makes the jets weaker. I like to tilt the machine and point it upwards a bit so that water is spewing out of the bath, this creates and oxygen to soap to water mixture and causes a lot more bubbles! The knob to adjust from jets to bubbles doesn't really seem to do much either. The suction cups worked fine for me, but they were a bit faded, almost as if this product was sitting in a warehouse for a long time before they decided to sell these for cheap. Which is what I am sticking to. Plain and simple, you get what you pay for. I'd rather use it as a jet circulator for a fish tank or something.

I just had surgery and need to take sitz baths and this works great for the job. At first one of the suction cups came folded in half and didn't want to hold onto the wall of the tub, but I just took a blow drier to it and reshaped it. Now it works perfect. Obviously it's not as strong as a jetted tub, and a lot of people on here seem to expect it to be, you gotta keep in mind it's only one little machine. For what I need it for, it's perfect!

Loved the spa but it malfunctioned and I had to return it. Disappointing!! Will order a replacement product soon.Bubbles and force were adequate and moved water pretty good. Especially if placed near a body part. Not too noisy and easy to operate.Too bad it broke! Bummer!

Does exactly what it says it does. Not too big on the splitter attatchment but it works great and is surprisingly quiet. Makes the foam bath extra foamy. I definitely suggest this to anyone who cant have a jetted bath.

I received a dirty and USED product. I was very disappointed. I already sent it back. Save your money please.

This product is pretty lame, wish I could return it as it was wasted $$$. The pictures show nice bubbles but in reality it's weak and the little nozzles don't stay apart. Big waste of $$. I hate when I make mistakes like this and can't return it for a refund.

Makes a nice bath. 1 suction cup broke off after a few months, but the other two hold on fine and I could probably glue the broken one back on.
