Found a broken handle!!!
The product was kinda ok but the packaging was deficiently done. The thing came devoid of a cardboard cover, it just had the Amazon's plastic outer covering. When we received it , we found a few handles piercing out of the cover and theworse part was that one of the handle was found broken!!!

Good looking product. Can hold number of tea cups. My mother liked it. Good to have it in kitchen.

Lite in weight
Hooks are not properly bent. Can't keep big cups along with small ones due to space problem. One thing good is can save from breakage of cups

Very useful, I have a lot of cups and this is a pretty cheap one with many, many hooks (unlike the usual 6 hook holders). Looks good too
