Very good product, much better than its osim equivalentI was very skeptical before ordering this massager as robotouch website didn't look very professional and they are not available anywhere for a demo. But then the other two on Amazon were even more unreliable as one was being sold by a gym in Goa and other one was selling only one massager rest they were dealing in weighing machines (all details gathered from their websites, n specifically for messagers with movable Thigh massage section). So looking at product range of robotouch I had a chat with their executive who promptly called to answer my queries.One massage n we were very happy of our decision, it takes care of relaxing all feet n let muscles, n i specially like the clamp that firmly grabs ankle from behind. Heating tempestuous is adjusted well, if you wear a jeans won't feel much but bare legs it's quite soothing.We might be ordering second one for our parents soon.

A bit costly against the features it is providing.Gives a very good massage to foot and heel. Needed to give more on the calf. For calf, it uses airbags more. Rollers should be a bit hard on calf too.Moving the machine to another place is very tricky n tough. Also, there should be a lock on elevators provided below the machine

Received it an hour ago and used it once. It works like a charm. Experiencing delight after a long time. Really excellent product and it knows how to massage my feet.

I received it a month ago. Worked well for a week but has lost intensity. Looks like I received a defective piece. I have initiated a return but still waiting on the return to take place. While I believe the concept is good and it works well when it did, an expensive product like this should be of much better quality.

Extremely Happy with the product , Infact better than The OSIM product I have and very good value for money .The massage points are very placed and produce the desired results in the sole of the foot the Ankles and the moveable top works beautifully in ensuring the whole leg is covered .Would recommend this product to everyoneFYG the product was delivered on 4 June and have used it twice.

Is a good product. Heating function not very useful. Overall a good deal. Can Amazon / Dealer help me with whom to approach for queries related to warranty /repair?

For Normal massage, it is ok. Not preferable for pain in old ages or for medically use

The production is wonderful and it is revealing as my mom is using it regularly and she is stress free . Would surely suggest this product to my friends and relatives
