Absolutely love the Mug! I bought the combo pack for me and my mom as a Valentines Day Gift. I drank from it as soon as I opened it. This mug is very convenient and durable. Cleans super easy because of the nice smooth finish.

The dimensions seem a bit smaller than expected, but the sizing is just right. The volume is sized correctly for 12 oz beverages. Bought these for Tea, where traditional ceramic mugs cooled off too quickly and constantly having to place in microwave to reheat. This gives the additional time to enjoy hot tea at leisure. Very satisfied with the purchase. Couldn't expect anything more. The lid gives you the sealing that you need for usual drinking and avoiding spills, without extreme sports containment, but that is not what it is purchased for, this is not a marathon drinking or rock climbing/hiking container, this is an leisurely enjoyment beverage container that does exactly what it was designed to do.

Loved the color and used them for coffee.

My husband got my daughter and I super nice insulated mugs from a local coffee shop for Christmas. They're amazing, but continually out of stock, so I bought these hoping I'd have a spare I could keep at work. These simply do not compare. Certainly they're sturdy and aren't going to break on you, but they don't retain heat any better than a regular coffee mug, so if your goal is to keep your beverage hot for long stretches, this is not going to do the trick.

The mugs arrived today in good shape. The quality of the product is evident on first look. Had a nice latte and cup of tea in them already. Seems to hold the temperature pretty well. These are destined for our camper van so we'll see how well they do longer term. Good buy!

Nice looking, but performed like a single wall cup.

I was looking for a cup that keeps my coffee hot and looks like a regular cup. I have yet to see how they do keeping the coffee hot. My problem is the size. The are 14 oz at the top of the cup. 12oz came to the silver rim which means you can't put cream in the coffee unless you put less coffee in the cup. Not thrilled with this cup. Ok after 2 hours my coffee is cold. Not thrilled at all!

Use the cups to keep hot drinks hot. Well made, lids can be on or off, keeps hot drinks hot much longer than ceramic cup.
