It is unfortunate as I needed a 4ch muti-function remote and there does not seem to be another option available. That is why I order a second unit when the first failed to work. I fully tested the unit before installing it. After it was in stalled I ran through the functions for a 5 minutes and turned it off. About an hour later I tried using it again the only thing it would do is turn on and off, all other function stopped working.
