Purchased the all black style for my Mate 9. Unfortunately the color is only superficial and not deep. Once the case rubs on other surfaces for just a little while, the off white color shows thru. I had the case for approx 2 months and it started to show the base color already. I might try the silver style... My wife has that color and it's nor as prone to showing the color wear. We'll see.... The power button and volume down are tooooo close! If you press both simultaneously you get a screen shot. I have tons of unintentional screen shots. Product is not great.

This case was extremely difficult to get on....not looking forward to taking it off to get to the sim/sd tray. Function is amazing though and look great. Feels good in the hand, very tactile. Minus 1 star just for difficulty getting this on the phone.

This was between 1 and 2 stars. It would've been a 5 star banger, but the button covers killed it. ZERO feedback and extremely difficult to identify distinguish the power button from volume down. Gotta send it back

The case is rugged, as expected but the finish on the plastic cover is black paint so it has deteriorated after a couple of months of use. Instead of looking at a uniform black back cover I can see white specs of the original coloured plastic underneath because of setting down the phone on its back on different surfaces. Other than that its a good case

Broke after 5 months of heavy usethe hole for the audio jack is too narrow - many headsets don't fit!

I love this case it fits my phone super well! The charging port and headphone jack are covered as well. Another plus for me because I don’t like lint and dust getting into the parts of the phone I use the most. I have dropped the phone twice now and not gentle drops either one being onto gravel the other on parking lot concrete from waist height and the case protected the phone beautifully definitely will buy again! I definitely recommend this for your mate 9

Great cover makes the phone look elegant and it’s very sturdy. Fits like a glove.
