Device doesn't charge. Will only work while plugged in with AC adapter.
This device WILL NOT charge. I returned the first one for this reason and the replacement also does not charge. It charges my phone while plugged into the AC adapter but will do nothing if not plugged into an AC outlet.. While plugged in and not charging my phone, the red light stays on continuously. One question reply says it holds a long charge! How do you get it to charge? I've sent a message to the seller through Amazon but have not received an answer.It is now July 2 and still have not received a reply from seller. Customer service rating: 0 stars.

Works great, only wish it was vertical in hindsight
This product worked better than expected. I have it on my desk to easily charge my phone while I work. It appears to charge pretty fast and it has a color indicator to tell you if its on standby (red) or charging (blue). I only wish that it could hold/charge my phone in a vertical position instead of just a horizontal one. Product works great overall and more than impressed with it.

No es power bank y la carga no es rápida
Pésimo, es un vil cargador inalámbrico y ni de carga rápida. Olvidense de que traiga algo remoto a un power bank, sin problema la peor compra que he hecho en Amazon. No lo pude devolver porque el regresarlo me salía más caro.

Does not fast charge. Is ok if you want to leave your phone for a long time.

Does Not work Buyer Beware
I bought this item as a gift for a friends birthday. I wrapped it and presented it to him. He thought what a great idea. Then turns out that this does not work. Being it was a gift and just let me know that it was not working I was not aware that there was only one month to return said it. So know I am out of money....not a good product.
