Are the sizes us sizes? is it true to size? what would be the right fit for 38d bust?

Yes! The shirts and the pants are true to size. The vest run large, they are not true to size. The jackets I have order are like a 1/2 size to big. I love the loose fix with the jackets. I do not know the right fit for a 38d.

Can I run with this outfit ?

Appearance yes but it is not breathable material. This is meant to be a warm up jacket. Keeps heat in.

I ordered the jacket to match my pants it was the same material, the same color it went together very well, I have not seen the other color, Amazon always have want I need

I’m not sure but this Jacket was perfect I have 3 colors. The manufacturer did a great job. Made different then baseball style runs longer. Authentic Adidas
