After 5 hours or so I'm ready to rip this off, but I have really bad posture right now, so take that with a grain of salt. I ordered a medium, and if I had to order again, I'd go up a size. I got this to help with opening my chest during singing practice and lets just say within 20 minutes my instructor wanted to know what I'd suddenly changed overnight because my voice was a lot more clear - this was the only change and I had only started wearing it right before & during my lesson... Exactly the results I wanted. Now this is my biggest pet peeve - It has halter straps not regular straps, which makes perfect sense, but makes it show through almost all my work shirts. I never even realized how many of my tops have a slight boat neck until buying this. So I usually only wear this under a loose fitting t shirt.

I think i got lucky because my brace fits great 😊👍🏼 I would definitely reorder another one . I think because I tried using it first my bra then the brace. Did not like it it hurted my skin the side of my armpit. but I rather put my brace first then the bra it feels alot better. Well at least it works for me better.

I bought this because it said it improced posture. Its not only uncomfortable, I have a strap of small blood blisters around my bra line. My posture might get better over time but I also imagine it would cause me to have a giant, endless strawberry bruise at my chest strap.

Did nothing to help support to straighten posture. I returned it.It was bulky under your arms making it uncomfortable. Plus, you can see the huge straps up on your shoulders when wearing any kind of shirt or top. That's why they don't have a shirt on the model I guess.

Sizes run too small
