I am very pleased with this swing set! I am even more pleased with the company I bought it from. After UPS screwed up the delivery, the Numoon company went above and beyond to get it back out to me as quickly as possible. When you have a 5 year old waiting for a new swing set, THAT is priceless!!Sue

Arrived missing several parts so 3 out of 5 sections were not usable (slide, trapeze bar, and round about). Parts were not labeled and the manual misrepresents some of the parts (the A frame is curved, not straight, as shown, for example) and so some were pretty difficult to identify.We ordered replacement parts from the manufacturer, and now that they've arrived, we're assembling the swing set, and we realize we ordered the wrong replacement parts! What I thought was the trapeze bar, was actually the slide connector bar, so instead of missing just the handles, I was actually missing the entire trapeze assembly!The swing set itself if nicely made, sturdy, and seems like it will last several years without breaking down. I'm just irritated with the lack of thought that went into packing up all the parts (again, some were missing, others were pretty scratched up from shipping, none are labeled) and the making of the manual. Both problems are that of the manufacturer, since this item is drop-shipped directly from them.If you're missing parts and you don't have time (or just don't want) to deal with replacements, please remember that Amazon considers this an order defect and so if you chose to return the swing set, you would not be responsible for the shipping charge.

it was incomplete so it doesn't have the sunroof but the kids love it!its kinda small toonot faded yet after 6 months

missing several parts, multiple emails with list, phone calls and no one available, no returned calls and a swing that is too unsafe to use which was to be a gift for our grand daughter ----wish I had my money back and iron kids still had the d..n swing set !

Great product. We are giving it four stars out of five, and here is why. It arrived in a huge elongate box that was very battered, but after careful inspection, everything appeared to be intact. It was a total nightmare to put together. The instruction manual might as well have been in Japanese for how clear it was. The hardware and parts need to be labeled, as there are a lot of them and it took a long time to sort through it all.Overall, it is a nice playground and a well-made product. My husband put this together in about 8 hours; it would have gone a lot easier if there were peelable labels, or a clearer way of sorting through which parts were which (e.g., plastic bagging labeling "C2" or "C3," etc).Once you know which parts go where, it is relatively simple (albeit time consuming) to put together, but it looks good and our kids love it. I bought it about 30% off with free shipping from Amazon Prime, so considering what we paid it's surprisingly nice and seems worth it.

I bought this for my son's birthday. It arrived quickly but the box was very torn up. Since it is a heavy item it did not concern me. My father and brother came over to put it up. Multiple pieces were missing and my father said it looked as if this product had been opened by someone. Because we had already cemented the poles into the ground there was no way to return the product. I contacted Amazon and have never gotten a response. I contacted the company to order replacement parts and they said the parts would arrive after Christmas. I have not gotten the parts. I have left several messages and not gotten a return call. I spoke with someone else that was going to call me back in 10 minutes - two days ago! I have half a swing set up in the yard and my son can't play on it. Would NEVER order from this company again!

After having the set up for a few weeks I changed my review. The box was damaged but no scratches on the parts. However missing parts. 2 bolts and nuts for the spinner seat. 2 springs for the trampoline. The brace bars for the spinner seat are not bent correctly. Tried every way possible to fit them but they are simply bent wrong. Cannot get the missing parts. Looking for replacement parts are nearly impossible. Stay Away from this company they are a joke. When this product arrived it was so broken that UPS refused to even deliver it. It doesn't seem like a quality item

Over all very good just missing a couple bolts to put it together and the slide is dinted from shipping!!!

Off to a very bad start here with this product. Shipped only with French instruction manual. However one would only discover that after getting heavy box moved to location for setup and opening it up (thus making it difficult to move around thereafter). So now I need to contact their customer service and wait who knows how long to have Englsh manual sent and move this now compromised and very large packaging back to an area where it can be stored in the interim. Poor basic quality assurance like this does not bode well for this product.
