The STH2 is a new binding from Salomon this year and is basically a revamp of the old STH 16 (which has been the same for years so this is a good thing). They took the wider platform heel piece from the Guardian Touring bindings that is also compatible with some touring style boots. The idea here is a solid high din resort binding with some sidecountry features so you can get out of bounds once and a while but still charge your legs off, all while trusting your bindings 100%. These will go great with the Q and Rocker2 series skis.
